SHAWNTELL LAYAW
Hello, I’m Shawntell! I've been practicing yoga for nearly a decade and teaching in studios, community centers and parks all over Connecticut. When the pandemic forced the closure of yoga studios in mid-March, I went virtual and began building an online community dedicated to educating and empowering healthy lives through yoga and nutrition.
I offer a unique holistic approach called "Intuitive Living" that honors you as an individual and all aspects of your health, mind, body and soul. I believe yoga is a self-discovery practice that can help each client use their inner strength and wisdom as tools to create a healthy lifestyle and maintain it long term.

Our weekly group classes include three styles of yoga: beginners, vinyasa and relax and restore. Private lessons and coaching sessions are by appointment, feel free to contact me with questions.
