Hi! I'm Shawntell, a Certified Yoga Teacher and Holistic Nutritionist
Yoga has been a part of my life for over 9 years, with 6 years of experience teaching in studios, parks and community centers all over Connecticut. In my classes, I combine my love of hot vinyasa flow and cool yin yoga postures with a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice.
Nutrition coaching is a recent addition to my offerings and resulted from my own struggles of trying to get the root cause of my GI issues using standard medicine. After finding healing by working with a holistic doctor and doing my own research I realized I could help others do the same.
Intuitive means inner wisdom and I believe, like wisdom wellness starts from within. In an effort to make health and wellness more affordable and accessible, I've created Intuitive Living an online community where I share, teach and inspire holistic wellness combining the ancient wisdom of yoga with modern functional nutrition.
My Mission - to educate and empower clients in creating and maintaining a healthy lifestyle unique to each person's individual needs, mind, body and soul through the practice of yoga and holistic nutrition.
My Passion - to make health and wellness more accessible and affordable with in-person and online access to services, low cost group yoga classes and free nutrition consultations.
